Who we are

A joint-stock company built to hold digital assets with institutional discipline.

YouChain S.p.A. was established as the first financial incubator in Italy dedicated to investing, on an institutional basis, in third-generation crypto assets. The company pools the capital, expertise and networks of its shareholders into a single vehicle designed for long-term strategic exposure to the digital-asset economy.

Our shareholder structure is a diffused micro-shareholding spread across the main Italian regions. This private-equity model aligns a broad base of investors behind one clear objective: to manage a critical mass of risk capital, formed by the share capital itself, and deploy it into strategic positions in digital assets built on third-generation blockchains.

Our approach

Three pillars of the YouChain model

Private Equity

The share capital is held by a diffused micro-shareholding across Italy's main regions. Over one hundred shareholders have combined their strengths, skills, knowledge and, above all, financial resources into a single company.

Crypto as Strategic Assets

The global evolution of the crypto sector represents a new, embryonic phase in the development of global financial markets. We treat digital assets as strategic holdings rather than speculative trades.

Third-Generation Blockchains

Our investment universe focuses on mid-capitalisation altcoins developed on third-generation blockchains, where we see the greatest potential for adoption and usability in the years ahead.

Our mission

To manage a critical mass of risk capital and carry out strategic investments in digital assets developed on third-generation blockchains.

Our corporate mission stems from a thematic conviction: the current worldwide evolution of the fintech sector represents an embryonic phase in the future development of global financial markets, particularly with regard to the diffusion and usability of mid-capitalisation altcoins.

More than one hundred shareholders have decided to unite their strengths, competencies, knowledge and financial resources to manage a critical mass of risk capital, constituted by the share capital itself, in order to execute strategic investment operations in digital assets built on third-generation blockchains.
